How do you upgrade ranks?

I was told by a builder PigyMC that the rankup option was somewhere in this page but I can't find it... I am currently member and I would like to upgrade to tribute.

All of the ranks can be found at http://store.happy-hg.com . Currently the only upgrade we offer is from capitol to mockingjay. All other ranks there is no discount, you would need to pay the full price of the rank. Thanks for understanding!
