How do you do the kit pvp

I was wondering how you guys do the potion effects coming with your kits in kitpvp ?

There's plenty of kitpvp plugins.. The plugin we use have custom kits.

I'm not giving you the plugin name (even though it's obvious..) since you're most likely going to use it for another server.
