How Do You Do Make A Voting Thingy On Forums??

When making a thread scroll down to where it says something about making a poll and put in the question and options and there is more stuff. There is a guide on the forums too.

It is only enabled in some sub-forums, such as Suggestions, Off-Topic, General Discussion, and I think Bug Reports, i'm not sure.
