I would use imgur, and then use the button with the picture of mountains to insert it.

Go to imgur.com and click "upload"?

Really, its very simple to figure out if you look.

I think he means how to transfer it to the forums. After it's uploaded in Imgur, copy the BBCode URL (it's specifically for forums), and just paste it in your forum post. You can test to see if it works with the "Preview" button.
