How Do I Upgrade My Rank?

I was wondering, how would I upgrade my rank from sponser to mokingjay?

The only Rank-up Is from "Capitol" to "Mockingjay." Nothing else.

The only way to get any discount is to either wait for a sale or do the Capitol->Mockingjay. Otherwise you must pay full price. Sorry

Or you could get 1st place in voting and you get mockingjay.

1st place = +3 ranks
2nd place = +2 ranks
3rd place = +1 rank

When you get a rank, it upgrades in the ranking ladder. This is the ranking ladder:

Default --> Member --> Tribute --> Career --> Sponsor --> Peacekeeper --> Capitol --> Mockingjay

So because you're sponsor, if you get 1st you'll go up 3 ranks, To peacekeeper, then capitol, then mockingjay.

or you could buy capitol, then the thingy to mocking jay. Thats what i did, and i got all the kit pvp kills and things you get for capitol, but spent a total of what the normal mocking jay rank costs!
