Help with profile picture

I have tryd using a profile picture from my iPod photo roll but I can't get the right picture I wanted it if my Mc face but it was too big so I cropped it smaller and it was still too big. Where can I get a big enough picture too fit as my profile pic of either my face or My entire body playing Hunger Games or PVP. Plz help!! And BTW the profile pic is for this website. Thx
