I don't think you can, last time I registered to the website I remember reading an approximate condition saying 'You will not be able to change your username again'. But again, I am not exactly sure.

If you have changed your name on minecraft click on your name on the top right and click update username.

You can only change your name to what you have changed your minecraft username to, as Xist_ said.
