Fixed Fist Glitch [SG]

In SG sometimes when you fist someone it does 3+ damage each hit. Ray told me it's a normal mc bug. but my friend told me I can get banned for using it in the server. Is this normal and can I get banned for it?

No this is a real bug not glitch it happens randomly you could sometimes 2-4 hit people without trying to crit them people have done it to me and trust me its REALLY ANNOYING.
