Fixed Fisherman Bug

What happens:
When someone uses the fisherman ability, the victim tends to be pulled to the user, then positioned to look directly up like so...

That's suppose to be a perk with the kit I think.

I told you before it was part of the kit ability because when you tag someone using fisherman kit with your fishing rod, and you press right click again, the player is tped to your exact position, this means exact position not only X Y Z but also YAW and PITCH, meaning that if you are facing up and u right click rod you will tp the user looking up, if you are looking down then the player will be tped looking down, etc. :p Necroposting wasn't really needed :/
