Since monster spawners cost 100k, you should add the plugin that lets you collect mob spawners with The silk touch enchantment.

You can either make spawners even MORE expensive,
OR
just increase the price of silk touch in olivanders
P.S I HAVENT LOOKED INTO THE PLUGIN DESCRIPTION BUT IM PRETTY SURE YOU CAN SET PERMISSIONS FOR HARVESTING MONSTER SPAWNERS

I hate when I accidentally place a spawner on the wrong spot then I have to break it.
