I agree, say you are just wondering the forest and someone in God armor starts to fight you (you have weak armor) and you don't want to loose your stuff, so you use your enderpearls to escape so you don't die and say loose the diamonds you had found earlier or the 70 lvld of xp you have.

I disagree as many ppl (specially vips) will use them with the only purpose to run in battle when they are losing, and I don't want that. If you wanna avoid getting spotted and killed use /d
