What: The ability to /duel (player) or right click a player with an item to challenge to a duel with gem wager of 1,5,10,20,50.
Where: The duels will be on a specifically made map for 1v1, no item drops
Why: the ability to 1v1 someone properly without the other 2 players getting in the way
