what do you mean submit a building?
if you mean for your builder app, convert your photo into a url and paste the url where it asks for a piece of your work.
if not, just post screenshots to the maps and world section.

If you are talking about just showing it to a staff member then show it to them in-game or take screen shots and post it in Maps and Worlds.

i mean i have a building that i would like the staff to look at, i build it by myself and it is a lobby so tp to me if you wanna see it,
