Chests

This might have already been suggested but I don't think it has.

So I was thinking that Non-Vips won't have a place to store there stuff when factions world restarts. So there could be a place where Non-Vips can store 1 chest. This way Non-Vips can store one chest full of their most important stuff in a protected area. I know some Vips might not like this idea, but I know that some people can't buy a rank and want to keep there stuff safe.
