Changing the consequences of swearing?

I am suggesting that the consequences of swearing should be changed. Currently, you only get muted for a day. Most people will be like "So what, I'll go on and spam/swear tomorrow," and they do just that. It isn't something that makes people stop swearing. So if we were to change it to maybe a week mute/ban, there is a higher chance of the person actually being affected by their mute/ban, and then stop swearing/spamming afterwards. If they do it again, then double it unless it gets too much (1 week --> 2 weeks --> 4 weeks --> 8 weeks --> 4 months --> a year --> 2 years --> permanent).

So, what do you think?

I agree. I was thinking of posting the same thing. So no need for me to do that anymore

What kind of swearing? I don't belive in swearing and thus find it ok to say words others don't (It's all stupid really :p). I don't want to be banned for a few weeks for falling in SkyWars and saying "oh ****!"...

Maybe there could be a command with like /swear <on/off>
If it's on you can swear and others can swear. If it's off (default) it will block swear words from other used on their screen and also you can get muted for passing it and swearing in the /swear off section.

I have already spoke to Zainos about this. He aren't banning users, just muting. But the length you provided is a bit of a overkill.

I don't like that. Better off just having swearing disabled overall.

Yeah :p I just get annoyed when people go "KABLEEP" and someone says "Don't swear please" or "Language" and they'll say something like "I can do whatever the BLEEP I want".

This will be added soon. Also, most of the swear you can find in the server is people bypassing anti-swear plugin, saying things like "S.HIT" or "F.UCK". So don't worry master because if you say "oh ****" because you raged in skywars, it gets blocked and no one (including staff) sees it. However, people who try to bypass the anti swear plugin to swear on purpose and not for rage, should be punished and indeed we are punishing them :)
