Can't Use Sponsors Ollivanders!?!?

I bought the sponsor rank, then when I went to ollivanders to enchant it wont let me go to sponsors ollivanders. It will only let me go in career and lower! I would like you plz to fix this bug zainos. The one thing is that, I sat there for a bit and other sponsors could get in. So I don't know why its not working for me. Plz comment zainos why this is gone wrong.

Permissions bug? Make sure that your rank updated before trying again, and if it persists, then it's a legit perms bug. :|

yah it is, I cant do anything that sponsors normally can do. I've tried leaving and rejoining and it doesn't work. I also cant set checkpoints in jigsaw. This better not be a perm bug or I want a refund on this. :x :x :x :x :x :x :x :x
