I'm having trouble here as well.
imtotallychris said you need to be super fast, but the one wall retracts too fast and even if you were somehow fast enough there's nowhere else to jump but back to where you jumped from.

No, there was an issue with one of the pistons, so Zainos came and fixed it, and he had to turn off the things that teleported you back to the start when you fell, and he needed the level number. He said it's 13
