How did cptblackbeer scam?

Long story.
1st. Me and him made a deal: I buy her tribute and vote for her, and she gives her voting rank to my friend.
2nd. He tells me to buy it, I do. It takes a while...she doesn't think I bought it...Zain tells him I bought it.
3rd. After the owner of the server tells her it is being processed, she makes another deal with cinder888 that id he buys him sponsor cinder gets the rank.
4th. cinder buys him sponsor...couple hours later the tribute shows up, and so she kinda wasted my 8 dollars .
5th. The end (I told bacrit he said that was scam)

The Information Is true, I just checked and Nickball indeed donated Tribute rank for CptBlackBeer and Cinder donated Sponsor for him also. However, as Nickball donated with another payment method, his donation arrived a little later, that's why CptBlackBeer got sponsor first. As nobody here deserves to be banned, I'll give Nickball a $8 credit in the store so he can spend it in anything at the store in remediation of his waste.
Please, to avoid further problems, DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WHEN HE SAYS HE'S BUYING YOU A RANK OR ASK ANYONE TO BUY YOU A RANK! IF YOU WANT A RANK, DONATE! BUT DO NOT ASK PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY CAN SCAM YOU OR MAKE YOU BANNED BY CHARGUEBACKING!
