I get the idea that you don't want people to throw shade at ya, but I've been lurking at other forums and they decide what is right for example they can give a simple +1 ban or -1 ban. Just think about it.

I completely disagree - I would prefer is player reports were only visible towards staff members so we don't have much complaints. But, if we allow anyone/everyone to apply we would have 'mini-moderators' i.e, after a staff member replies to a report other users would say "Yeah! Listen to x" or repeat exactly what the staff member said but in other words. Make sense?

Yeah, I remember "mini-moderators". You can now call me a hypocrite, as I was one too. One of the most annoying ones too...
