Fixed Bow doesn't give points.

Ok, so when you kill someone with a bow they die, but you don't get the points. They didn't log cause I've experienced this alot of times, deathmatchs and middle of games. I don't know what is going on but hope you guys can fix this. I'll try and get video proof. When I do i'll notify you guys.
