Fixed Axeman Spectators

Bug: Axeman sometimes receives tomahawks after death. These still do damage. you can see me throwing one at _Bach_ in the video, and he doesn't know what did him damage. I was able to repeat this multiple times.
Server: Hitman 2, possibly others

I happened to be playing with a friend of mine, and to see if I could damage her with my Tomahawk, I threw it at her multiple times and claimed to be getting random damage. This was really funny to me, but I probably shouldn't do it anymore xD
