Hitman Axe timeers

Good day,

The axemen kit used to not have a timer, it was a great because you could kill much more efficient without the timer, I am suggesting that you get rid of the timer because it is downgrading the pvp and it is very annoying when you can but can not kill the player due to the fact that you have to wait. It is hard enough to recover the axe, but now it is even harder because now you have to wait in order to throw it again. This is why I think the axe timer should be eliminated!

Axeman is too Over Powered without a timer, the consecutive spam hits made axeman almost impossible to lose with. You hit your target once or twice, they stun you and try to run, then they're picking daisies when you throw your axe and kill them. Axeman Is Alright now in my opinion.

We have received constant complaints about the Kit being too op for a Member Rank Kit. Therefore, I made the cooldown for throwing the axe which has successfully solved this issue. Axeman is still a powerful class which requires a good amount of skill and strategy to win with it, and its no longet overpowered as it was before. The class won't be changed back.
