Zain has already spoken with mojang and they said he can keep the payed stuff as it is a small server and it isn't a problem only big servers will have to follow it as said in http://www.happy-hg.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3650&sid=07b456819b597b7623d93c5aaa5f0dd7. Hope this helps.

Even without zains negotiation we still wouldn't be targeted, servers that youtubers do videos on (mitch, Jerome, Ryan, Adam etc.) if anyone would have their servers shut down the ones they run would be the first to go.
