Applying for helper

To apply for helper do you have to have skype or would google hangouts be ok. I'm not allowed to have skype.

The requirements for Helper are:

• - You must be 14 years of age or older
• - You must have Skype.
  
• - Been on HHGN for at least 1 month
• - You must be able to speak English.

Skype is a free application, you might as well get it ;p

I'm pretty sure that you need Skype to apply for Helper... Well when you're old enough you'll probably get permission to get a Skype account and you can apply for Helper then I guess~
