To Clarify Everything. We just let Jr.mods to apply because:
1- We aren't a big server that has thousands of people therefore it needs hundreds of moderators to control everyone. We are a small community and we are more than fine with less than 15 staff members.
2- As we literally don't need many moderators due to the fact that we are a small community, we made a closed Moderator Application System just to Jr.mods because otherwise we would have thousands of applications that will be almost ALL REJECTED as we just add 1 or 2 moderators every 6 months to replace the ones that got Inactive as we don't need more.
3- I know we may be missing someone that could really help the server and be very active but as he can't donate he can't apply, but we think that we are fine with the moderators that we have and giving permissions to everyone to make an application would be useless. Also, we have a trusted system that although they don't have the [Trusted] prefix because, as ChrisTheLink said, we don't have the Trusted Rank anymore, people who help the server by doing multiple things like reporting hackers or just an old member of the server, not caring if they have donated a cent or not, are considered Trusted and we do exceptions and let them to make a Moderator Application. So in other words, ANYONE CAN BE MOD.
4- Another reason to let just Jr.mods to apply is that it gives us another "security" that that player will be leal and won't break rules or abuse powers. As if they donate $100 what is a lot of money, they wouldn't be throwing them to trash for doing stupid things like abusing powers and getting perm IP Banned...
5- And what happens if a rich 10 years old kid who is really immature and can't be mod donates $100 because he doesn't care about the money as his daddy is rich and applies for mod? Well, donating for Jr.mod doesn't give u an insurance that u are getting moderator. We see and sell the Jr.mod rank as an ordinary VIP rank that within all the awesome perks and benefits it offers, it also has the extra perk that it lets you to apply for mod. But we try not to sell it as moderator rank or say that if you buy the rank you will get mod because we just accept as moderators mature people that are at least 16+ years old and made a really really good application that indeed impressed us....
6- Okay, but then will you make all players to be able to make mod applications one day? Indeed! If we keep growing as we are and become a huge Network with thousands of people connected at the same time that require loads of moderators to control them that they don't break the rules, we indeed are planning to let anyone to give us a hand as we are really going to need those hands xD
