I got on super craft bros and i wanted to be a tnt class but when i tried to select it it would not work it says i had not purchased it yet. I HAD ALL THE 50 GEM CHARACTERS AND BUTTER BRO!!!!!!!! THEY ARE ALL GONE!!!!!!!!!

please help.
