Global Advert For Mockingjay

A new command for Mockingjay /advert ( MESSAGES ) because there are not many people in some games
(OITC , Ultra Hardcore )
The Mockingjay can do /advert ( MESSAGES ) 1 time per day with the names of players left, example:
[petitcoune ] (Come OITC)

Nah. There would be sooo much spam, even if it was once a day. There are just so many mockingjays.

Ok first i don't get what the heck you want that for but SAFollis is right you should understand
how many mocking jays are on and how annoying that would get from people saying oh
go to OITC i need to play it
