Global Adding Friends Feature?

Hey everyone!!! For a while now I've met some pretty awesome people on this server. People who have teamed, helped with parkour, or people that are just plain amazing. The sad thing is though, that after a while I'll forget about them. So what I'm suggesting is the /f plugin. I really don't know what plugin it is but that there are multiple. the /f I'm thinking of lets you /f (username) and that invites them to be your friend. If they /f you back than you two are friend! /f or /f list lists all the people who are your friends and when they were last on or if they're on at the moment!
