What do you mean by a voter rank _KawaiiPikachu_? The monthly votes for the top 3 people? If it's a giveaway for ranks that you want then you'll have to be patient for the next one to appear. I myself have no idea when that is but I wouldn't want to keep hopes up. You can donate here at the store to buy ranks (they're lifetime!) or yes vote here as you are aware. Anyone can do their own giveaway for ranks but with a server giveaway, again I have no idea when the next one is. Patience is a virtue :p
