I lost my rank when I logged on I still had my mocking jay rank after a few minutes I lost it I relogged I even uninstalled and re installed minecraft logged back on the server my rank was lost please can you give me my mocking jay rank back. I was gonna show my subscribers what it does ( Please give it back if you don't that was waste of money )

Sorry but in that video as you never send a message in the chat actually there's no proof of showing that any of the user-names you mention ever had the VIP rank. Please show me VALID proof that you really donated or I can't promote you. The proof of payment is the best option, check your mails as it must be there (If you really donated, of course)

Sorry but in that video you never sent a message in chat so you aren't showing that you actually were VIP. You could have been default rank and recorded the same video, if I explain.
Furthermore, if you deleted your mails, you can always check in your Bank/PayPal payment history for the payment and send me a screenshot with proof.

i'm pretty sure that video isn't even on HHG... It looks like it was made in the beginning of HHG, but mockingjay was called Jr.Mod back then...so...
