2 plots on Creative???

I bought the Sponsor pack so I have 2 plots, one of random building and another for a RP. But I TP'd with '/p home' and I have no idea how to go to my other plot. My first plot was the random build one. How do I get to my other plot? I tried to do the visit command but it didn't work. Help? I'm such a noob. XD

As a Sponsor you get up to 5 plots,to get to your other plots yo should type /p h:2,/p h:3,/p h:4 and /p h:5
