Kit PvP 1v1 Timer

Yeah being honest the 1v1 Timer is too short for actual good 1v1s, It always seems to run out when I use around half my soups, increasing it by 1-2minutes would be so much better.

I personally could see up to z5 minutes being okay. I never have someone run for that long.
