If no staff are on forums, how long does it take for the rulebreaker to be punished?

Warning someone not to break the rules isn't bad, it doesn't harm the server...

I think you should be able to warn them, and if they keep doing it, then you shouldn't be allowed to continue. That should be a compromise. I believe that the punishment should be minimal (at most 10 min mute.) But that's just me.
