In many cases, losing stats can be even more punishing as even a perm ban can typically be paid out of through an unban fee. If they had 10,000 some odd kills they had farmed, thats a lot of time that is forever wasted and lost.

You can most likely pm Zainos with the proof of purchase and talk to him about the situation. Start a conversation with him and tell him specifically what happened and you may be able to work things out :)

Chickfila is clearly #1 with Taco Bell as a good runner up :)

I really like these, especially the Link, Cactus, Summoner and Prisoner Kits. I think all 4 of those are really fun concepts, and a little balancing really makes them better for playing and more even for PVP :)
