I think at the bottom of the crane there should be a sign just saying 'make your way to the top of the crane' instead of all the signs telling you where to go, so it's more of a puzzle. And there still seem to be a lot of signs telling people where to go. Carpets would be better, because signs...

Add more detail at the top of the canyon. Just because players can't get to those areas, doesn't mean you shouldn't detail then. The top is too flat too. And the hardened clay look looks too bland - try adding another texture in the mix. Coarse dirt could work for the ground, but I'm not sure...

Then why not just suggest the idea? Why have to create an example if it's nothing to what the map will look like? In my opinion, and like Trenly said. We already have nature and biomes maps, the theme could be overused.

If it's a swamp, why is the biome not swamplands and why are there only a couple trees? Some swampy custom trees for deco and terraforming the bottom of the swamp water would greatly improve this idea.

The borders don't look like 100% horrible from the inside of the map - but you can definitely see that world edit has been used. Why not smooth it out more to a more organic shape? Wonderful use of texture. And the structures you've used in the map are half decent, but the house is way too...

I don't really see the point in needing rain if we can already set time. Rain wouldn't make something 'scarier' for me, it'd just frustrate me - rain is annoying. Also, is Zainos able to set the weather for just a certain area of land? So if a map is accepted that uses rain, could he paste it...
