Yes when you use disguises in hub you have access to all of peacekeeper perks and the perks of the rank below that,so you get all peacekeeper disguises and the disguises of the donor ranks below peacekeeper, and peacekeepers have access to the ghast disguise but im pretty sure peacekeepers...

It would be cool for donors but new players who join the server could mistaken you for staff

I think it's a great idea. A time could be decided for maybe a weekend when most people would be available to get on and a bracket is made and updated to show where you are at and who you will be versing the next round.
