It should be a speed potion, and when you right click it, a GUI with your options to select different speeds pop up. Would it be cool to add other potions to it, such as like Jump boost?

Keep in mind it's just one lit that would have this. Not every kit. So games would only last long when there are two people fighting using that kit. If you had the extra soups up against a normal kit, the game would last just as long as it would if warrior and warrior 1v1.

I like the idea and also like how easy it is to do. I can make this gamemode with just using WorldGuard and ChestCommands. I would love to see this gamemode added, and hope to see a lot of support on this gamemode!

Nice ideas, and I do believe that the people that add the kits would much appreciate the time you spent to list out all the specifics needed to make the kit. But if I were you, I would think more along the lines of making kits that give the op kits weaknesses. I am not sure how to go about this...

You make a good point, but then again, fights would most definitely last forever, which leads back to the difference between having skill or no skill. Adding the extra soups denies the ability for someone to be determined "more skilled" or "not as good".
