It seems that it is missing a texture so try taking all of your texture packs out of the folder and see if that solves it. If that does, then your texture pack is messed up.

You gotta give us more info. What version are you trying to load? Mods? Does it give a crash log?

I don't use pixel cam much but I'm fairly sure you need /tp. Either way there are still other mods where you don't need gm or tp in sure
