I know this is kind of silly but I think you guys will like it. Batman beat people with his fists, it's not like he had a sword or something. So.....

• Adds (3 × level) damage. (Strength II is +6, Strength III is +9, etc.)

Might wanna tone down the strength.

Regeneration....? Soups m8, the soups. And what would the grappling hook 'do'?

I'd like it if you would co operate with me to bring this kit into light, and after we actually work on and and Zanos says no then at least we tried.

Also, what's not balanced? It's a fist, that shoots Batarangs a few times per second and has a grappling hook. ( BTW forgot to answer question, a grappling hook is one of those thingies that look like a gun, you throw it at someplace and you go up.

( STAFF what happened to the Shinobi Kit I suggested. Never saw what happened cuz I went off for a few days )

This is how your suggeston (seen above) is op, and how it could be nerfed to be balanced.

Full Black leather armor. Protection 1, Chestplate gets protection 2.
Grappling hook (Fishing rod) allows you to pull yourself up walls.
Primary weapon: Batarangs (bow, infinity 1. Power 1), shooting cooldown: one arrow every 1.5 seconds.
Ability: Barrier block, when right clicked gives strength 3 for 30 seconds. cooldown: 60 seconds
Effect: perm speed 1

Now, the balances make it an unrealistic kit to use since the speed isnt really effective with the bow, and the fists really arent that useful since its only for a little while. If you could find a way to balance it and make the elements work coherently, then it might work. but I dont really see a good way to do that.

No no, you actually made it work Trenly. The Speed plus the Bow is perfect. People can be shooting people and hunt them down faster. I just wish we could have an item that shoots the Batarangs instead of using a bow.

Yea I might've posted the per second kinda wrong. Whoops. But it would be an interesting concept though, like it doesn't throw at maximum strength. Maybe an "energy" bar. The more you let it load the more strength it has when shot, but if you just spam it it throws tons, but with no force to it.
