Are we allowed to be in a clan if we are Builder?

I was wondering because I am wanting to send in an application for Builder, also do we have to build in Creative on the server or can we build on SinglePlayer and if so how will you see my builds?

When you apply for builder (and get in), you do as instructed by the leaders, to show your builds just take a screenshot

Well I suppose if you really needed, you can build in creative, and show the build team screenshots of how your going with the build, as you progress.
But it is obviously recommended that you build in creative, it is allot easier so that other builders can give you ideas or things that should be changed. Or if there is a group build, you would have to building in the server, so everyone else can help.
