Occasionally people log to avoid being killed in SG. When they log their loot does not drop and its really annoying when you're about to kill someone and they do this. I know you can report them and stuff but to be honest its random and I doubt somebody records every game they play. So instead if somebody disconnects from the game make it so their loot actually drops on the ground instead of disappearing into thin air. Feel free to criticize or expand.

Nope, items don't drop when they log.

You don't get points, it does not count as a death and the loot does not drop, tested - 28/06/15, 16:30pm

_Link is right. I've had people with better loot just log out and all it says is "player was eliminated", nothing about who was killing them. And their loot goes with them.

I think at least adding a sg-log loot drop function would be amazing!!
Love the suggestion it should also count towards the one who has done the most recent damage to that player

Ya I agree. Sometimes my internet dies and I lagg out (not because of the server, but because of my bad internet) and I team with people. And most of the time when I lagg out they could use my stuff to win. So hopefully it comes back because it would help my team win.
