no this isn't the case. I just happened to me. The people who join first get into their game and the time starts over, therefore when a game starts no one normally can join. But thats not the case people can join. once the timer is over It switches to the map that the second round of people selected. But as the game starts the people who were in the game first are glitched and con not move off of their podium
