How to upgrade rank to sponsor

I purchased the career rank by accident and needed Sponsor. How do I do this without having to pay the full $20? I just paid $15 for career less than an hour ago and just want to upgrade FROM career to Sponsor. Please help.

The only upgrade offered is from capitol to mockingjay

You can most likely pm Zainos with the proof of purchase and talk to him about the situation.
Start a conversation with him and tell him specifically what happened and you may be able to work things out :)
