What mods are allowed on HHG?

The better sprint mod is allowed, it just gives you the ability to sprint while pressing 1 key instead of 2 keys. Be careful though, some better sprint clients have unfair mods attached to it, those are not allowed.

Hi, I was wondering, what mods are allowed on HHG? I know that OptiFine is, and I'm using it(just for purpose of taking away lag). I also want to use Better Sprinting and Too Many Items. Are these mods allowed? And what will happen if I use a mod that's not allowed? Thanks! ^_^

Basically OptiFine and cape mods, anything that doesnt let you hack over others.
