Correct. The fact that you have the rank name shows it has been processed, and there may be a delay in the perks, but they should come soon.

It's usually not a problem I don't think, when I bought Capitol I got my privileges immediately(I was actually still on the server when I bought it). I even changed my name as a Capitol, so hopefully you will not have any problems.

You should not be worried, if a problem is produced, Zainos can give you the rank manually, your money will not be lost

It usually takes only 5 minutes. However, there are some slow payments methods like E-Checks that can take up to 24 hours to send the . Therefore, it depends on how you are paying for your package, but most ways only take up to 5 minutes to apply in the server, if you spelled your In-game name correctly, of course. (Because 90% of the cases of "Rank not working" are because people spell their in-game name wrong when donating xD)
