yea but server's bills are REALLY EXPENSIVE. And if i give all the perks to the cheapest rank, the server would close forever because it wouldn't be able to pay its bills, sorry

yep... that is the Anti Spam plugin :D It prevents people spamming! If you wan't to override it, you must have at least game maker rank! more info at /warp ranks
