Managed to reproduce with written books, will fix! However banners and heads seem to work for me!

I tested with a custom head, a custom banner and a written book and it didn't change after going far a way and letting chunk to unload and then load again. Could anyone please make a small video showing how you reproduce this bug so I can fix it? Thanks!
