Yt Intro, Banner And Dp

So I thought about starting do to videos at Youtube and I was just looking here at the forums for a good graphic designer who can do a Youtube profile picture, Youtube banner and intro. I am willing to pay for it but I'd prefer it to be free.

Intro:
Needs to say Anchezz and have a appropriate song. Must be Minecraft related.

Banner:
Needs, as well, to say Anchezz. Be creative, I want it to look good. I'd also like a picture of my player.
Also a text where it says “@AnchezzPlaysMC” since that's my YT channel.

Profile picture:
Just a picture of my player with some good background to it, nothing much.
If you're feeling kind, add a text where it says Anchezz.

I'd like the theme for everything to be some kind of blue or maybe purple.
The texts should be well done and match the theme.
All credit for what is done will be mentioned in all of my video descriptions.
