Fixed Voting bug

I found this on 5/6/14
It is a voting bug when I vote on all 6 it only counts 5 (This has also happened to rumblestrut) If you do /vote list
you can see that both me and rumblestut each have 29 even though it should be 30
This is located in all servers.
