Fixed Supporter Glitches

Hi! I recently boght supporter and I didnt have some of the things i was suppose to have.In SCB i dont have any Vip kits.In faction I cant do suffixes. Those are the only ones i noticed so far.Please get me my stuff back .

I think suffixes were broken, but repaired. I'm not positive though.

Well that still doesnt answer my question about kits,are those a loss too? plz say i can get those because thats why i donated mostly.Its unfair for me to donate and not get all that was promised for me to get.
